  • Under certain ambient and water temperature conditions, our ice maker has an initial ice-making average around time of 6�?5 minutes. If your ice-making speed is significantly slower, please check the user manual , ambient and water temperature.

  • Note: Using water with high minerals, impurities, or added sugar can cause sandy-textured ice. We recommend using filtered or distilled water, and try to conduct continuous testing for no less than 30 minutes.
